Bidra med feedbackJust by observing the surroundings, you can see that the restaurant is dirty. One can only imagine the condition of the kitchen. If you have experience working in food service, you can likely infer the unsanitary conditions that exist behind the scenes.
This restaurant is not new or clean. The sides were good and the sauce was okay, but the brisket and sausage did not taste fresh and were not cooked in a pit, but rather in a warmer.
