We came with a large party that had a lot of specialty demands, and they were very patient, kind, and accommodating.

The food we had today was lack luster to say the least. My biggest complaint is the lack of basic seasoning. Every component of my meal needed salt. I ordered the chicken enchiladas in green sauce with rice beans. The green sauce had an odd, off-putting sour flavor that was hard to get past. The chicken itself didn't taste good and beans were so bland I couldn't even eat them all. I would have sent the meal back; however, I ate almost half of it...hoping that with each bite the flavor would improve. My husband ordered the Carnitas and was equally disappointed. The best thing we had was the queso and chips. In years past I've eaten here and enjoyed the food but this visit was so disappointing, I likely won't return.

The food is not the issue. The issue is I waited for 1 hour for 2 tacos and a milkshake. This is not an exaggeration. There were 9 people in the restaurant so not incredibly busy. If I had not paid up front I obviously would have left. I am not wealthy so leaving $16 and not getting my food was out of the question. Not only were the 2 employees unavailable to help me after 45 mins, but they were just talking to each other until I had to raise my voice to get there attention. This is a new location that clearly is not ready to handle the most mild of lunch pops. I obviously won’t be returning and would advise anyone who is remotely hungry to go elsewhere. Or bring a loooong book and several snacks.
