Ordered chocolate shakes. There was virtually no chocolate in them, might as well have ordered vanilla shakes. Also the shakes were half blended. If I wanted basic vanilla soft serve that required a spoon to eat, I would’ve just went to Kroger

Lazy employees very slow if you're looking for fast food this establishment isn't very fast expect a 30-45 min wait

I usually get pretty good food at this location. My problem with Sonic is they've released an app that rarely ever works. I get a message saying they aren't accepting orders almost every time I want Sonic. It happens during the day late night. Whoever is responsible for app development or I.T. with the company should probably look into it.

Today I remembered why I don 't come to the sonic on Richmond Rd. First of all it was $30 for 2 value meals and drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Pretty sure all the little girls working there were smart aleck and didn 't like the fact I was irritated they wouldn 't do 2 orders in the drive thru so out of spite they made us pull in a stall and wait to forever for cold food.

I really enjoy their interesting flavors of their various, delicious shakes, like the strawberry cheesecake shake. Only criticism of this place is how long it takes for them to take your order and then make your order. Always seems to be a long wait.
