An array of dishes will tempt every palet. In autumn you will find the place reserved several weeks ahead. The famous boneless saddle of venison with candied chestnuts, homemade Spätzle or rösti, the Berner Platte with ham, bacon, spare ribs, knuckle of pork, sauerkraut, beans, potatoes and the surprising Ticino merlot is the best the two great cuisines have to offer. As for our family, we go there every week for lunch and every other week-end for dinner. By the way, it's asparagus season now ...
We feel disturbed by anita. I'll explain that I'm celiac and I'm having to eat a mixed salad because there were no alternatives. we took a water jug from half liter tap and paid it 3,50!!!!!! the quality of food was very mediocre. We're not coming back.

We were friends a night in the hostel.The rooms are simple, but for us, absolutely sufficient.We got a very good and rich dinner served, which was also very well rounded by the recommended house wine (merlot).The breakfast was also in order and also sufficient.The service was very attentive and friendly. for us only German speaking, it was very pleasant to communicate with the house owner in our native language.We had a very beautiful and also long evening that lasted deep into the night.All present also found the price in order.
