Cadence - Guelph

I had a wrap that was the special of the day. It included a salad. It was soooo delicious. I don't know what the sauce was that they put on the wrap but it was amazing.

This is a new discovery for me. Nourishing and exciting and delicious plant-based food. A friend introduced me to Cadence and I have returned on my own. Both trips were a delight. I had the soup the first time and it was so creamy I had to be convinced that it did not contain cream. Last trip had me try the Green Curry. Stupendous! The friendly staff, the well lit restaurant, and the overall vibe - a high recommend.

I really like this restaurant. My husband and I visited a few weeks ago while in Guelph and we were both very content to be in such a lovely spot. The food is creative and delicious. The sharp cashew cheddar is really out of this world. I came back a few days later to purchase the cheese to bring home with me. I have a family member at the rehab center in Guelph so I have been to this 5 times in the last three weeks. The service is acceptation. Every person that I have spoken to at this joint is really quite wonderful. and very easy going. I would recommend this place and beg you to go for the cashew cheese on the burger!

Cadence is my favourite restaurant in town. I love the atmosphere there, the friendly staff, and delicious food. The desserts are also a huge bonus! I love being able to go in to a restaurant know that every single item is vegan.!

Nice calm atmosphere and great food to boot. Satisfying and tasty. It is always a pleasure to find places like Cadence that serve food that ISN'T just burgers and fries. Worth the money.
