Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill - Guelph

Turtle Jack's is just okay, and that's the best I can say about it. I gave it a few chances to impress me, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations.

This restaurant has significantly declined in quality. The restroom for men was in a terrible condition with peeling wallpaper, mold on the ceiling tiles, and several broken fixtures.

I dined at Turtle Jack's in Guelph today, sitting on the dining room side. I absolutely adore their chicken parmesan. This was not my first visit to this Turtle Jack's location.

Went for lunch on a Saturday about 12:30, a very quiet time here in summer. Even so, it seemed to take a long, long time to get our food, and the three year old triplets were hungry and getting cranky.Perhaps at quiet times they have only one person preparing food. The meals were fine; I had the beef dip and it was very good. But overall, we felt that the prices were about 25% higher than we would have expected.

My Grandparents and I tried Turtle Jack's for dinner for the first time and we had outstanding customer service and delicious food. The 1/2 priced Apps were amazing and $5 glasses of wine! You cant beat that! We will absolutely be returning. We had a great night out together (and Grandpa isn't always easy to please! haha)Thank you Turtle Jacks!!!
