After eating on the spot yesterday, I was able to see that it was a nice and gastronomic restaurant. We did not have the opportunity to consult the menu, but we are obliged to choose from the beginning what we want to eat. Showing the menus of the day on slates would be more appropriate. (1 star less). Working in restaurants, I find it surprising that the waitresses of a gastronomic restaurant don't wear chef blankets (casquettes or charlotte). Anyway, it's to disappoint the restaurant... I had trouble finding hair in my entrance and in my dish. (1 other less star)
