I have family in the area and visited this office based on a recommendation. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and made me feel at ease. Selena, who took my X-rays, was particularly pleasant and very professional. The office manager, Leslie, and the receptionist, Skyler, were also very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very personable, which further contributed to my comfort during the visit. I really love this office and would recommend it to anyone I know in the area.

I love Dr. Pritchett! She's an amazing dentist! She always greets you with a smile and a quick laugh. I wish I had discovered her 20 years ago! The staff at Aspen Dental, from the receptionists to the financial department and the dentists, are always cheerful, helpful, and professional. Three months later, during a cleaning appointment, I asked about my implant and was told I'd have to wait the full six months. I was hoping it would take less time, but I understood. Now, as I approach the six-month mark, I inquired again about completing the procedure, only to be told I needed to go to a different location because my dentist has moved to Gulf Breeze. This news shocked me, especially since I had planned my vacation and was hoping to have finished the procedure by now. After calling to finally get my implant installed, I was informed that it would take two weeks for a fitting scan and another two weeks for the actual implant to be completed. I felt like I had to extract this information from everyone—I was never properly explained the process at any point. Now, with my vacation coming up, I'm stuck with a gap in my smile that I'm embarrassed to show. My temporary implant is too painful to wear, so that's not an option for me. I'm just so frustrated because I’ve been dealing with this for seven months now, and it feels like I’m going to be self-conscious about my appearance during my vacation. I wish someone had provided me with clearer information from the start.
