Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Gulf Breeze

Soggy chicken tenders, 30 minute wait for a 5 piece tender meal. Didn’t realize they had to go out back to get the chicken for each order! Ridiculous location and worst Popeyes I’ve been to. Won’t be returning.

It seems every time we go on a Saturday morning. We get there a little after 10 and the doors are still locked. They come to the door and tell us it's not gonna be till 10:30 before they open. They need to open when the hours say or change the hours to 10:30.

I’m going to start out by saying I was the jerk that came 7 minutes before closing. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that the staff would vocalize it so much. As we were about to order they guy was actively counting down how long before they closed. I couldn’t even get my order in over him. I finally gave up and apologized for even going through the drive thru. As another fast food work I completely understand not liking the last minute people showing up but I really don’t think it’s appropriate to be so rube and in your face about it. Unfortunately jerks like me coming so close to closing is part of the business as we all know.

Waited for 10 minutes for a 5 piece fried spicy chicken tenders. Was asked to move up up to let others pass. There were literally 3 other customers in their cars parked waiting for their orders as well. The last person of the three cars received their food first. I then backed my truck up to get my money back and the food had been sitting there. I told them I wanted my money back. It took them several minutes to return my money and I saw them put the food that was in my bag, back in the chicken basket to give to the next customer.

25 minute wait for 5 spicy tenders. Food comes out and it's wrong.
