Mcdonald's - Gulfport

My quarter pounder was undercooked when it finally arrived, after a long wait in the dining area because they were extremely slow.

This McDonald's has the worst service and attitudes! The employees seem like they don't want to be there. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes while others who arrived after us went through the other line. We were repeatedly told to wait while our order was only partially taken. There was no communication, just rudeness. We will definitely drive farther to a different location next time.

I would give this restaurant a rating of 0 if I could, but unfortunately that's not an option. They consistently disappoint me by never having what I want or what they advertise. I recently went in hoping to try their pumpkin spice coffee, but despite it being shown online and on the menu board, they were out of it. I used to visit occasionally for salads, but they no longer offer them. The one positive experience I had was with the friendly male staff member who took my money. However, the rest of the female staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I used to frequent the location in NE St. Petersburg, which was wonderful, but the one in Gulfport let me down. I suggest they either stock up on seasonal items or remove them from the menu altogether to avoid disappointment. Overall, I won't be returning, as I would rather spend my time and money at a more reliable establishment like Dunkin.

The three times I have gone, the sandwiches were fresh, the fries were super fresh even too hot to eat and the drive-thru was quick. I was very impressed with how polite everybody was as well. That facility runs well. And quite frankly, it puts the StPete beach McDonald's to SHAME.

I drove through during dinner time and the system did not accept my code, I am very grateful for the manager who assisted me. It seems that the system had been jumping offline periodically. Rather than give me a hard time at the window, she quicklyresponded and corrected my receipt. My fries were piping hot and my sweet tea was very good. The restaurant was clean on theinside as I went inside to get a pack of ketchup. I'd say they are doing a good job at this McDonald's with the evening crew.They were mostly young but they were on the job and making it happen. We need these hard workers on the north side.
