We ordered two portions of rolls for two people, but for some unknown reason, they only included one soy sauce. The seller even asked how many utensils to include when we placed the order. When I inquired about why there was only one sauce, I was told that it was their policy. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1

Overall, the rolls are good, rated at a 4. They are made quickly when there is no queue. However, during busy times, the wait can officially take a couple of hours. There is an option to order through an app, which is quite convenient.
