Bidra med feedbackOne star One basic reson. I'm very sorry. But I have to be honest and just speak up. Because what I see happening is just plain wrong. Anyone in higher management or corporate needs to realize the reality of the future and what is happening. That's is witnessed by what see see unfolding in society day by day...Lately, basically, I'm under sanctions by the banks. The US dollar is a fraudulent currency. That's is a fact. Not an opinion. The history books of the future will talk about this ancient era in great details. Let your customers pay in cryptocurrency or at least cash! Dad gets gummit. For Pete's sake. This this not a joke! The best advice a customer can give to any forward future thinking corporation that will survive beyond our lifetimes.
20 minutes for two drinks! They were also using the hand washing for food prep! We waited for 15 minutes before backing up to the window. They handed over messy, sticky cups when finally giving us our order. One would think that 20 minutes would allow them enough time to wipe the cups down before handing them over. The frappés were super runny as well.
They had no ice in the lobby for drinks. I asked if I could get some ice, they informed me the lobbies ice maker went down two hours before I got there. I asked them to fill my cups from their ice machine fir the drive through. They acted like it was the end of the world. They did give me some ice. It was enough to chill a small drink. No dipping sauce was given when asked for. Once again very poor attitude from manager and staff. Should have went somewhere else.Parking: Very difficult to access with towed vehicles.
YOUR RESTAURANT WAS DISGUSTING. Walked in and there was your employee sitting in a chair at the register. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. No clean tables, trash all over floor, sticky floors. Had to use men’s restroom because the women was out of order. And that experience was not pleasant, bathroom was even more disgusting.There is a beautiful college campus within walking distance. Do better Gunnison McDonald’s.
They had one person working both speakers so she couldn’t hear the outside lane speaker. So we went to order a single Carmel mocha at the window and they said they were unable to make it. I tried to order a coffee with creamer/sugar in it and they couldn’t find the sugar or creamer and the other workers (I think they were managers) were just laughing/talking while their co-workers struggled. Never got the sugar or creamer I asked for cause I felt bad for holding up the line for so long because of them..
