Old school friendly service, where the staff can actually make conversation and make you feel welcome. Good selection of cakes and nice coffee. Place accepts cash, so support small business and pay cash if you can. Lemon meringue pie was delightful!

I use Prontissimo when having client meetings and they are the friendliest, most helpful staff and the food is always amazing! Clients always ask where I get the food from keep up the amazing work team !!

Staff are cheerful, helpful and friendly. They also know the difference between gluten free and coeliac. We are coeliac and didn't think we'd be able to have the awesome looking stuffed potato, but the precautions their supplier takes were satisfactory to us, and it was delicious. The coeliac friendly biscuits were very nice indeed, but I would love if their very interesting looking gf cakes could also be coeliac friendly. Thank you very much, nice coffee and all in all an unexpected treat in the middle of a long day.
