Ruchi Grand - Guntur

It is a good restaurant served both veg and non veg food in Guntur city. I had typical Andhra meals with Omnilett. Rice, various curries, Dal Pappu), Sambar, Rasam. Hot Rice with Ghee and Pickle is delicious. Ghee is served in the big ship. Hotel is clean and tidy. The service is satisfactory. I cost the food.

My review is regarding banquet hall and services provided. We had a family ceremony at Ruchi grand's banquet hall. Everything was tailored to our need. You have banquet hall in the second floor and dining hall in the first floor.Food was extremely delicious and was customised according to our wish.The staff catering the food were courteous. Place is neatly maintained and hygienic. There's a changing room in the dining hall where you can dress up during function.Only thing we felt missing was an elevator because elderly relatives find it difficult to climb staircase.

If u order anything, they will provide high quantity but less quality

I felt that food is not so tasty but the prices are very high (based on the food quality and quantity).

They charged more for food compare to other hotels. Their food quality and quantity are poor. One day I experienced that we ordered family pack biryani, they charged that rs. 650. That food is not enough for 2 members. They don't have proper food menu. Beside that hotel subhani hotel is there they will serve better quality and quantity of food for reasonable cost. The attitude of staff also not good.
