Mcdonald's - Gurnee

I AM A REGULAR AT THIS MCDONALD'S. THE CREW ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH! THEIR COVID19 HEALTH PRACTICES ARE EXCELLENT!! AND THEY MAKE REQUESTED SPECIAL TREATS! THIS WAS A BLUE RASPBERRY SLUSHIE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM! YUM!

Fast food freah and ice tea here is not skunky like other McDonald's tend to be.

I eat here quite frequently, and most of the time I'm satisfied with my meals. However, I did encounter two issues last year where my orders were incomplete. One time, my order was missing a burger, and another time, I didn't receive a side of fries. Since I usually place large orders, I understand that mistakes can happen, so I decided to take away one star for the inconveniences.

I always feel at home when I visit this place. The restaurant is consistently clean and the staff is friendly. I make this trip a few times a year, yet I still end up having a disappointing experience.
