Bidra med feedbackWe arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes before closing time. We witnessed the waitress preparing meals for three men ahead of us before informing us that they would not be cooking anymore. There were three of us in our group. My youngest grandchild received a meager portion while my other grandchild and I had nothing to eat. The waitress did not even offer to serve the three people who arrived after us. The man behind us was visibly upset. It is disappointing that despite having ample time to cook, the staff seemed eager to leave early as the kitchen was nearly cleaned up.
The food was delicious. I found it rude that younger guests were not required to wear masks to be served, but older guests had to wear masks.
I’m all for not keeping employees past their work hours. I went to panda 45 minutes before closing and they said they weren’t cooking new food. There was not enough food for any one of my family members to eat. The food should be filled and cooked until towards the end of the work shift to accommodate customers. I understand not cooking prior to 20 minutes before closing but our timing should have not been effected. Also, in the past they’ve been under staffed and the lines are very slow.
I placed an online order and it was flawless. There were no issues, the pickup was fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you!
I stood in line for 10 minutes. When I finally went to the counter, I was rejected because I had no mask. I stood there for 10min dräh no problem and suddenly it's a problem? a politicist stood behind me, without a mask. but they took his service without a mask. So I guess I should starve because I don't buy a mask. I am very disappointed and will no longer have a service with panda express.
