Pizza Hut - Gurnee

Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. They mistakenly served me someone else's order and then refused to give me a refund, even though the food they sent me was more expensive.

The staff at this restaurant was impolite. I was not greeted when I entered and had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence.

I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM and it still has not been delivered. The service is very poor and I do not recommend this pizzeria.

I just called to place an order at the actual store and was told he can’t help me and I wasn’t able to place an order. He said, I need to call another number to a call center to place an order . This is not customer service and it helps me take my business elsewhere. I guess this Pizza Hut doesn’t want the business. I understand it’s hard to get help, but turning away business is simply idiotic since it allows you to get more staff. To whomever this franchise owner is good luck, since I’m never coming back.

Placed an order on line and everything was delivered and was perfect. Pizza maker deserves praise for the quality of the food.
