We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes...the employee at the window didn't seem to know how to listen or use their iPad...then when we finally got our coffees, the employee said they didn't label them...no apology or effort to help, just let us open thelids and figure it out. Our coffees were ok but not worth a revisit.
