Called in to the puma for fuel decided to get a coffee the car park was very untidy went into the food court the place was filthy floor grubby so went to g'day g'day suppose to open 7.00 waited 7.15 they opened ordered coffee from...More
Dropped in to here for a quick meal on the way to pick up daughter to return to Hervey Bay for family funeral. Paid $45 for 3 meals, 2 coffees and bottle of water. Accidentally left water on counter. Realised after having meals. Returned to collect.. Not there. Advised by their customer service (hahaha) person that someone else took it... Was there for a while... Will have to check with my team leader as to what to do, as I don't know if I can refund you or issue a new one. When this gem of a staff member then added 'it was there for ages, so open slather really', I advised her I wouldn't be paying for another one, her response was 'well then, you might have to miss out'I returned to our table in disbelief, and had the pleasure of listening to her and another staff member continue to comment on 'she shouldn't have left it there', 'it was there for ages so too bad'..... Soon after, she brought a new bottle, plonked it on the table, said sarcastically 'you're welcome!' And turned her back and walked off. Are you kidding me! So I then walked up to her, and admitted that yes, I shouldn't have left the water accidentally, but after a sleepless night, resulting in the outcome of the loss of a close family member that morning, it's understandable. Her response to this 'well, you'll know better next time!Gday gday. Where do you get your staff. This is absolutely disgusting and inexcusable customer service! In today's job climate, I'm sure you could find much better. Or is this the service you are happy to provide!!!!
Good grief just set up a face book site if your proud of your service!!! The girl Lana completely ignored me on purpose after seeing me walk in. She was staring at a screen even after I had said excuse me! My husband got the same treatment going north! Word of mouth people!!
We stopped here for lunch on our way back to the Gold Coast. We chose the cafe in preference to the roadhouse as we thought the service & food would be better. The boards outside & inside suggested "Ask our friendly staff..." - sadly we never saw those staff. A previous review says they weren't acknowledged when staff were in front of them. Clearly no one has learned from that review. We stood directly in front of the staff member making coffee but she avoided making eye contact or acknowledging us in any way until she'd cleared away some dishes, made 2 coffees and taken an order to the kitchen.There was another table of two people who came after us, & two customers who came in for take - away, but we still had to wait for 15 mins+ for our meals (wh only required heating) & some chips. As we had a few hours to drive it seemed too long however with an acknowledgement and a few smiles we wouldn't have minded at all. My filo pastry wasn't hot but the chips were.Next door to the cafe the empty outside tables were littered underneath with rubbish - not inviting at all!
