Noora Thai - Gympie Regional Council

Chose this place with family as I used to frequent Noora Thai a great deal back in 2012. Well, how it has gone to the dogs. Arrived early evening to a sleepy guy at the counter barely interested in taking our order. I didn't mind - just assuming he was overworked. We ordered Pad Thai and Tom yam. I took my own glasses and water from the fridge to the rundown booths outside. The meals arrived looking like slop and were tasteless. A real disappointment as meals are priced at the higher end. We gave the meals an honest go for a minute or two but ended up abandoning them virtually untouched. Spend your money elsewhere, such a shame.

Take away Thai is always delicious and fresh, there is seating outside but not very flash, just benches and it's in a road with no view, centro shopping centre across the road. Would highly recommend for a take away though

I ordered a red curry duck and the guy thinking I wasn't looking took a frozen bag out of the feezer and served it to me only warming it up for 2 mins in a pot charging me $26.Very poor customer service and experience. Wouldn't recommend it!! Very disapointed. Matthew

Beautiful fresh and tasty authentic Thai food! It is spicy (as Thai food is meant to be) but beautiful and fresh, highly recommend

I had mixed experiences at Noora Thai. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is just tasteless. I guess it must depend on the dish and on the chef. I would recommend the place if you feel like Thai however, because it is clean and feels authentic.
