This charming countryside pub offers delicious food and cozy lodging. However, there are two suggestions for enhancement. The blind in room 3 does not fully cover the window, resulting in privacy issues. Additionally, if better window coverings are not possible, please consider turning off the veranda lights as they made it hard to sleep.

Went in Wednesday night and got a parmi and beer for only $19 so wasn't expecting much but it was by far one of the best I've had and the size of half the plate, the service was just as good too. Will definitely be going back

I enjoyed the cozy blanket on a chilly winter evening. The bar staff provided excellent service. This was my third year attending the horse races at this venue.

Today we had lunch at this restaurant and enjoyed the best steak. It was cooked perfectly medium and incredibly tender. The chips and salad were delicious. I opted for mushroom gravy and garlic cream sauce, both of which were fantastic. Overall, everything was great. Thank you to the chef!
