They are advertising special dietary stuff on their website, they had only 1 option which served as both the sugarless and lactose free option. We asked for lactose free milk in the coffee as well, the staff acted weird about it, one saying they have it, the other whispering to their colleague are you sure? . The staff was acting weird the whole time, not welcoming at all. We selected what we wanted to eat and drink, and wanted to pay; they didn 't let us, they told us to go outside, they will bring everything and we can pay when we finished eating. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

We were just lucky, because we were on the day before closing due to renovations. Anna's slice is heavenly. And of course the ice creams were also very delicious. The staff is very polite and kind. I hope we can come back.
