Yiayia's Garden - HABERFIELD

We visited Yiayias for the first time and enjoyed both the moussaka and the gyros. They were both incredibly delicious and offered generous portions. The staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommended!

The food is good, and my first experience here was wonderful. However, during my visit today, when I came to treat myself to a strohbeer milkshake, strawberry villa cakes, a burger, and yaros, there were some issues with my order. I discovered when I got home that instead of the strawberry milkshake I ordered, I received a vanilla one, and they also forgot to include the pancake I had paid for. Additionally, I noticed a coworker eating in the kitchen while preparing my meal, and the staff was handling food without gloves. I truly want to support local vegan businesses, so I plan to return in the future. I understand that they are trying their best, but I was disappointed with this visit.

Unfortunately, my meal was served cold, and I had to send it back. I also ordered baklava, which never arrived even after waiting for 15 minutes. We ended up paying for what we had consumed, but I left very disappointed. I noticed other couples were not served at the same time; one received their cappuccino while another waited an additional 10 minutes for their drink. I believe everyone should be served together. Additionally, I noticed that most of the staff were dressed in casual street clothes. I expect kitchen staff to wear white uniforms and the wait staff to at least wear something more professional, like a skirt, as health and hygiene should be a priority for diners. Overall, I was disappointed not to receive the happy cow sticker that usually represents quality vegan options.

The room is beautiful, really lively. they have a large selection of options on the menu. I have built my own breakkie and it was great! so tasteful and delicious. will definitely try again to get more of the menu soon!

Upon entering we were greeted with humorous vegan decor and a friendly vibe. Staff were helpful and the food was delicious!
