Cosmos Italian Salumeria - Hackensack

This is one of the best dining spots in North Jersey. The aroma that hits you as you enter is reminiscent of homemade meatballs—just like in Grandma's kitchen. The chef, known as Nona, even won a cooking contest on Rachael Ray's Food Channel!

This is my boyfriend's favorite spot for a tasty sandwich. We stopped by, and I ordered the number 1 while he went for the number 7. My sandwich was incredibly delicious and quite filling. Just a heads up, they only accept cash. The only downside for me was the bread; I thought it was a bit stale. Despite that, I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing! I read the reviews and was unsure if it would meet the hype, but wow, the chicken cutlet and bread were fantastic. The atmosphere was warm, and everyone was friendly and engaging. I will definitely be going back ASAP!

THE PLACE to go to get a hero. Homemade mozzarella cheese, fresh bread, fresh sliced cold cuts, and a great portion for the price. The service is great, too, quick service, and they are very nice and have a great sense of humor! Can't go wrong when you go to Cosmo's.
