It's OK it used to be really good. Major issue is placing remote order--still just using a phone.. For my last two orders both messed up. Behind the counter is chaotic. Hope it gets things straightened out

Soooo delicious! Take out or sit down service. Bagels and more, serves full breakfast, yummy creative fresh made sandwiches, and ofcourse great bagels! Large portions and the prices were very reasonable

I have been going to the Hackettstown store for a couple years now since moving. When I first heard scathing reviews of uncooked food and terrible service from other members from the community I couldn?t relate, but now I can. The last time I walked in, with my infant and toddler in tow, I was made to wait for about 3-5 minutes by a young male employee as he ranted to already paid customers about his pro abortion stance. Stopped in today with my son for a bagel. Stood there (only one other person in line) for over 5 minutes before one of the 5 workers bothered to even acknowledge us. We ordered a plain toasted bagel with a little bit of butter . I specifically said a little bit twice. When we opened the bagel it was literally dripping with butter and was barely toasted at all. The service was worthy of zero stars... the prep on the bagel also zero stars. The bagel itself was good
