Domino's Pizza - Hackney

There were missing items from our food order at this restaurant. The staff promised the missing items would be sent out in 10 minutes, but after 30 minutes and three phone calls, we still did not receive our side orders and the pizza was cold. The manager did not offer much assistance either.

I have never had any issues with this restaurant. The delivery was quick, and the pizza was delicious and hot. My only suggestion is that they distribute more leaflets so I can get vouchers for deals. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times and each time they have made at least one mistake in my order. The most recent error was sending me a plain cheese and tomato pizza instead of the Hawaiian with stuffed crust that I had requested. Although they eventually corrected the mistake, they still gave me a medium pizza instead of the large one I had paid for. Overall, I do not believe it is worth the trouble as there are plenty of other pizza places with superior service and overall experience.
