Chuck E. Cheese - Hagerstown

While I was paying, a friendly female staff member hurried by and offered to take the children to see Chuck E. Cheese's show that had just started. Throughout our visit, both she and the gentleman consistently checked in on us and interacted with the kids in an enthusiastic way, making us feel like honored guests. The young man who assisted us with pricing was incredibly patient and polite. Even when a young lady came by to clean up after my granddaughter, she was sweet and made it seem like no trouble at all, despite the busy atmosphere. She came back later to check on us, still with a smile. The facility was very clean, and the pizza was delicious! The prices were what you’d typically expect for a place like this—they’re always a bit shocking, but that’s to be expected. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service we received; it made a significant difference in our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful outing!

I was seeking some fun activities for my kids this week, and we chose to visit Chuck E. Cheese. It was fantastic! The venue was spotless, the staff were all friendly, and Chuck E himself made an appearance (my son loved it, while my daughter, being quite young, was a little scared of him, which was quite funny!). We opted for the 45-minute all-you-can-play package, and it turned out to be a great decision. We will definitely be returning for more fun!

I took my son to his friend’s party for the first time on Saturday, and we both had a fantastic time! I got a play pass for myself, and we enjoyed playing games together. The pizza was surprisingly delicious as well! I can't wait to treat my son and myself to another fun outing like this!

I had my sons 5. Birthday here 6/21/22 and I highly recommend choosing it for your child's next birthday. Making party reservations was easy to do online and our guests had a good time. Our party host (Ariana) was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't have asked for a better host. My son was understandable that Chuck E Cheese came and she was great with my son and all the other guests. Thanks Ariana!

We had our daughters 10th birthday there today and they had a BLAST. I?m so glad we picked this. The manager and our host (pictured) and even Chuck E himself, were amazing. They were organized and kept us up to speed while timing everything perfectly. The birthday show was too cute and the kids had so much fun. The food was hot and fresh and didn?t take too long. The salad bar was stocked and clean and I saw several employees walking around cleaning/sanitizing. The games were in good working order and it wasn?t too crowded while we were there. (12:30 to 2:30) Overall it was a great experience and I?ll Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a birthday party. Thank you Thank you Thank you! Cant wait to come back again!
