Mcdonald's - Hagerstown

Great staff! Quick and friendly service. The food is on par with most McDonald's locations. It's not extraordinary, but it's solid. If you're craving decent fast food, this place is a good option!

I ordered 20 spicy chicken nuggets and had to wait 45 minutes for them. I also got a mix of regular nuggets.

The restaurant lacks proper hygiene standards. Friends of mine who worked there shared that they witnessed many unsanitary practices, such as food being dropped and then simply reused instead of being discarded. My friend also suffered from food poisoning twice in a row, and when he reported it, they dismissed his concerns and told him not to return. Additionally, many employees seem to be underqualified for their roles. The manager, Chrissie, is unkind and quickly shuts down any attempt to speak up or voice concerns.

It's McDonald's. What more can I say? I'm disappointed that they took all day breakfast off the menu, and the prices have gone up fairly significantly. But they have the best fries of any fast food establishment.

3 times my order was NOT up to standard. I had to go back there, yes they fixed it..but opportunity was missed! Professionalism is key in today's COVID-19 world.
