Northside Pizza - Hagerstown

The staff at this restaurant were friendly, helpful, and fast. When I requested a unique combination of two pizzas, they were able to accommodate my request. The large pizza was also delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great New York-style pizza.

The pizza at this restaurant can be good, but it can also be very bad. I tried to order two large pizzas, one with cheese for $20.99 and the other with one topping for $23.99. However, when I placed my order, I was told that it could not be considered a special deal because I did not specify it as such, and I was charged $28 instead. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience.

Best crust in town and I like the cheese to sauce ratio, usually, but why are you so stingy with your toppings!? Just ordered a pizza with broccoli on it and it’s like they tried stretch one floret for the whole pizza.

The last two times I have been there, Monday lunch, the two guys cooking have made two of my subs inedible. They completely burnt my eggplant parm sub the first time and knew it b4 they served it to me, but they did make a new one after I came back up and showed it to him. Then I waited a month and went back they made my eggplant parm so so this time, but completely failed on my chicken cheesesteak, the sandwich was inedible. I will not be returning here. Which is a shame bc the subs and pizza were on point b4 these two started cooking there.
