Wendy’s - Hagerstown

Food was fresh and the guy who took our payment was funny. The girl who took our order seemed to have an attitude when we made adjustments to the order (just a drink change) . Maybe she was just having a bad day, but overall experience was a good one. I would go back. There was a 6 minute wait for my chicken sandwich but I'm cool with that at least it was hot.

Quite a busy Wendy's store. Typical Wendy's store setup but cleanliness might not be on the priority list to do. But yeah, I'll eat here.

Location was clean the order taker was awesome and nice and the food was great got the wendys double combo was awesome the fries were hot not to salty and they have the best coke with a vanilla frosty small perfect meal only 4 stars due to they got my burger wrong asked for no onion no tomato it had tomato but i just removed it no big deal but i had to ding them for it.

The service is outstanding. Denise is exceptional! Great work, Wendy's, on your training!

The food was quite good, and it appears the restaurant has been recently remodeled. My order was a bit incorrect, but I didn't mind it. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but they were very friendly.
