Bidra med feedbackWe stumbled on this load on a really cold and snowy day. barely someone outside so that we don't see other shops trying to attract tourist. but also not many shops were open. I had the Asaichi noodles that it was gigantic. they let them make a picture and then bring the crab back into the kitchen to cut it open for them. it looked like an old couple had the load and they were really nice. After we were on the move in many other cities in japan and had ramen at a few Michelin-Gourmand-Ramengeschäften, we still miss the saltramen from here.
In a market where so many people call out to them, it felt a small key. I prefer not to be disturbed, so I liked it. I wanted to eat squid, so I came here. I finished the three colored bowls, the choice of crab, tint fish and souligel. it was good! if I had a bigger appetit, I would have ordered a ram set.

Located at the Hakodate morning market. The food is seafood is fresh and portion is generous. The seafood ramen is so good! The soup is different from the usual thick ramen stock (tonkotsu or chicken ramen), it feels so light and packed with umami flavour from the seafood. Kaisendon is a must try in the restaurant. It serve with the scallop miso that taste so good.
Restaurant run by nice and very friendly staff. Seats are plenty. Good place for breakfast. There are variety of ramen choices here. The restaurant is cosy. Miso ramen is recommended.
