Tsutsuiken - Hakodate

Chanced upon this tiny shop. Tried the Hakodate shio ramen- chewy noodles bathed in a light, refreshing savoury broth. Pork Char Siu was tender and fragrant. Also enjoyed the crisp bamboo shoots as they were tastefully seasoned to overcome the typical odour of bamboo. Excellent comfort food. Glad i gave it a go!

函館と言えば塩ラーメン。 あちこち食べましたがここの塩ラーメンはとても美味しい。スープはあっさりで奥深い風味があり昔からながら風のしっかり歯ごたえのある麺と良く合います。 店自体は小さく、椅子も多くありません。 函館に行ったらまた絶対行きたいラーメン屋さんです。 おすすめです！

Has spicy miso ramen with green tweezer. slenders so well and tasted even better. there was such a rich taste. pork was very soft. I loved it!

Hidden gem is a man show restaurant. means they have to wait for her to eat. but his rams and yakisoba were so good that it is really worth waiting. the prices are also very reasonable for quality and parttime.

塩ラーメンと焼きネギラーメンと2選択で分かれそうなラーメン店。入り口には焼きネギ味噌、もやし正油、ワンタンメン塩が押しが掲示してまので一番上の焼きネギ味噌＆半チャーハン＋ワンタンをチョイス。 カウンター、テーブル席合わせて10席くらいで、オーナーのワンオペによるオーダー～清算まで完全なワンオペ。 各種追加トッピング可能ですが結構いい金額になります。 20分位で着丼。 スープをすするとあれ？意外と辛いな。。。 辛みそじゃなかったはず（笑） 焼きネギはほんのり甘く味噌ラーメンに合うね。 ワンタンも意外と合いますわ～ 個人的には好きな味と麺でした。 チャーハンはパラパラではなくしっとり系です。 トイレ無し、駐車場無し近くの朝市に行けばトイレ有りますから大丈夫。
