Auntie Anne's - Halethorpe

Bunch of rude, dirty, foreigners who own and work at the place. Please go elsewhere to buy your food, their command of the english language is awful, they are RUDE and they can't read. I will never buy anything from them again. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

Love those little pretzel dough wrapped mini hotdogs. The ladies were nice and friendly. The men just seem to be angry, the men don't smile and who does after standing on your feet all day.

Burnt pretzels, unfriendly workers, dirty. Half of the pretzels were burnt and the store was a mess. Fat filipino guy (as of August 29,2019) has 0 customer service and was very disrespectful. I had an online coupon and tried to use it but he said I couldn?t, so the coupon was wasted. He then proceeded to be very rude in his tone and diction. Would fire him immediately.

Pretzel was dry and old ,burnt on bottom .Called to report but no answer .Won t be going back
