Burger King - Halifax

I do have the photographic proof. I was in town visiting and had visited the restaurant a few days prior and had no issues. My next issue was an extremely rainy day. I found the water coming through the light fixture a tad humorous but it was near the cash register and I felt this was extremely dangerous and probably against several occupational health and safety laws. However the staff is young and probably unaware they have rights to protect themselves. Once I paid and was on the other side of the buckets I noticed the condom on the floor. Thankfully still wrapped. It was still there and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. This showed the young ones working were not doing there lobby checks and clean up. Food was fine. The Burger King in my town closed years ago. Due to lack of volume. Issues like this are going to drive the customers to other restaurants. Humor aside, water through the lights is a huge safety concern

I have only eaten inside here once or twice, but use the drive-through when I am in the neighbourhood running errands or going to the Curling Club nearby. They are fairly quick and have never gotten my order wrong. Food is always as I expect it.

I don't eat in fast food restaurants. There is a reason. I must have forgotten. now I remember.The burger was cold, very small and devoid of condiments other than a very small dab of what tasted like salad dressing. The patty was dry but did have a hint of charbroiled taste. The fries were very good. But the burger. as I said, now I remember why I don't eat in fast food places.The staff member who served me was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just your typical BK restaurant. Food is fine. Restaurant clean enough, adequate space. Staff seem fairly happy to be there.

I go to Burger King about two or three times a year and every time I do, I question why I did. I understand it's "fast food," so I don't set my expectations high, but there are so many other similar chain restaurants that offer so much more bang for your buck with better food and better service. I have yet to be served by any staff member who wanted to be there, and they let you know it with their attitude. Poor food, poor service and nothing else.
