Domino's Pizza - Hallandale Beach

Terrible service! Order was Late, Wrong, and Cold. The manager lied and said they had to remake it and it would be here directly. Arrived 10 minutes later cold. The app said it was delivered an hour earlier. When I called back to get my missingitems and complain about my cold pizza I waited on hold for 40 minutes. Filed a claim with dominos who offered me a 20% discountor a free pizza on my next order. The manager flat out lied to me when she said they remade the order and then wouldn?t answerthe phone.

Worst experience ever! Ordered one pizza at 12:30pm supposed to have it in 30-45 min), I get a notification was delivered at my address at 3pm!! Nobody called me where I requested, I tried to call the store 4 times, I stayed on the phone untill I getto the store nobody pick up my call and I was on waiting!!)where I asked why nobody pick up the call, they not even answer. Itold them my Order shows it was deliver but I never received! I that time I was called by the delivery lady 45 min pass 3pm)asking me to go outside coz she's there. Are you kidding me? 2h and 45 min waiting for a pizza? Me as a pregnant woman to get tothe store, then been called the pizza is there and on top of that when I get the pizza was not hot was warm almost cold) andthe explanation was the mess up the order and the lady had to go back to wait to pick up my real order . P.s: I was 7 min awayfrom the store!! No apologies from the store, no discount, no money back !! Never again, no recommendation!!

This restaurant needs some improvement. I'm not even upset; it's just that the place isn't working properly. If the pizza is going to take a while, that's understandable, but instead, I was told it was ready and then ended up waiting in the parking lot, wondering if anyone would come out with my order. I waited for half an hour for my Carside delivery before I decided I'd had enough. I’ll just cut my losses and find something else to eat. This place definitely needs new management. I recommend going to the location on Sheridan Street instead.

I ordered a pizza, and it took an eternity to arrive. When it finally did, I discovered a live roach inside!

The staff are friendly and attentive, providing quick service without any errors. The pizza is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
