Fat Lou's - Hallandale Beach

If you have never had Chicago food, this is one of the places to go (Capones in Hollywood for a more restaurant feel). They have the basics such as a Chicago dog, although the Maxwell Street polish dog is fried and not grilled like it is supposed to be. Good cheap food.

I have been ordering from Fat Lou 's for quite awhile now. They have a minimum of 20.00 for delivery. More than 1/2 of the times they forgot to bring something that was required for the meal. Only once did they bring the item back out to us. All of the other times they said we owe you one for next time I called tonight to place an order and they wanted us to have a minimum of $30.00 to deliver to us on top of the $2.50 they charge for their car insurance to their customers! I am very disappointed and will never do business with them again.

Worth the drive if you like Chicago Hot Dogs and Beef Sandwich’s. Good Chicken Wings, Fries, Burgers and Gyro as well... On a 1-10 I’d rate this 7.75...
