The Knife - Hallandale Beach

I love the food. The real reason I write this review is actually because of our waitress ANGIE.... She was AMAZING! Seriously, I never had a waiter so professional, informative and only the BEST waiter I had in my whole life. She did our night! We were in very high-end restaurants, but only served by Angie definitely makes us want back as once a week if we could!. Thank you. Angie, I wish more waiters were as amazing as you.

Wow! It's all I can say. My first time I was there while I was on vacation and let's just say I'm back....

The dessert selection was simply amazing—each of the four we chose was delicious. The price was unbeatable for the all-you-can-eat offer, which included meat, the salad bar, beverages, and desserts. The ambiance of the place was lovely, spacious, and very clean. There’s also plenty of parking, which adds to the convenience. We are definitely fans of this restaurant!

What can I say about The Knife? It brings back wonderful memories of my time with my kids before LuLu. Now that we’re enjoying it with Luciana, it’s even better! The ceviche, with all the extras I added, was so delicious that I want to have it every day! (Absolutely amazing!)

Jose, the manager, is simply the best! We love coming here, and even though we visit only occasionally, we are always treated like regulars. Tonight was no exception! We called ahead to check if we’d have enough time to dine in, given that we were arriving very close to closing time, and the server suggested their takeout service. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing, and this turned out to be the perfect solution for our poor time management, haha. Since it was our first time using the takeout option at this self-serve restaurant, Jose noticed we were a bit unsure and kindly guided us on pricing and menu choices. It truly felt like a team effort, with the servers, the grill chef, and the star of the show, Manager Jose, all working together. We will definitely recommend this place and keep coming back, as every experience has been wonderful!
