Hungry Jacks - Sheidow Park

Drive through service where we made an order over $35 which these days is not that cheap for good old hungry jacks. We received the large choc sundays not even half full. I said something to the manager and she snatched them off me to replace bringing them back even lower than the first two. Hungry jacks your letting your customers down!

I just went through drive through, got to window, girl checked my food order in bag, gave it to me and said nothing. I checked and said this isn't all my order and she said oh I know it's missing a chicken Royale. Had I not said anything she would have let me go on my merry way without saying a word.

Burgers are better at Hungry Jacks! Never had a bad meal and love the chicken chips. I think at times staff behind the counter need to remember customers are in the shop, so be careful how you behave and what you say!

Usuals on offer. Been 5 times in 5 years roughly&everytime there is something i want to order that they have sold out of&not ordered more of. Staff friendly&apolagetic. Sometimes notbhave correct items so they substitute-but forget to tell u they did that so a surprise when open a breakfast muffin&see its in a cheeseburger bun-very different taste..........etc

Went there for desert after going out with family for tea. The place was very clean infact the cleanest I have seen for this style of food place. They raise the bar and perhaps others should see how it can be done. The staff were friendly which also caught my attention. Seems that locality believes in staff training. Us customers all like to be valued - seems they know this.
