Griff's Haltom City

Overall, my experience was quite positive, but one aspect stood out negatively. One of the managers was speaking very loudly and rudely about a customer in the drive-thru who was trying to get their order replaced. I found it hard to ignore her comments due to the volume. Additionally, she seemed to imply that their restaurant never makes mistakes, yet they got my order wrong. I chose not to complain, but just because I ordered onion rings doesn’t mean it's acceptable to overlook my request for no onions on the burger.

I had an amazing steak sandwich and the customer service was outstanding, with staff who truly had personality. The restrooms were exceptionally clean as well.

I've been enjoying Griff's burgers since I was a kid, and I can confidently say they are far superior to McDonald's, Whataburger, Burger King, and Wendy's. If you haven't tried a burger from Griff's yet, you're really missing out!

My husband and I have been going to Griff's for years!

Don't go at night. They have consistently gotten my order wrong anytime after 6pm. The manager is nice which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. But whoever works nightshift there simply does not care and this will be reflected in your food.
