Ordered breakfast at work through the mcdonalds app. Food said delivered which it wasn't. Ended up being passed round 8 different phone numbers with neither mcdonalds or uber accepting any responsibility. Immediately closed down my ober one, won't use uber again, uber eats or mcdonalds again. An absolute new bar raised in shocking customer service.
Staff manners and customer service is nothing short of a zero. We were greeted by an umpa lumpa who was rather rude, had no customer service skills what so ever and looked an absolute show. Miserable and couldn’t be bothered basically. Teach your staff some manners!!!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. over half of our order was completely missing, and what we did receive was stone cold. contacted just eat customer service, and could only refund, not replace the missing food. so i contacted the business, who refuse to replace the missing food, and was incredibly rude. definitely do not recommend, and will only be ordering from the other 2 mcdonald’s in the future.
The fries were soggy, lacking salt, and the food appeared to have been mishandled in the kitchen. It is disappointing that the staff cannot properly cook the frozen ingredients or show care when preparing burgers. The prices are not low enough to justify this lack of quality, and if any other restaurant served similarly poor food, patrons would likely boycott it. It is a wonder that this McDonald's location remains in business, as it may be one of the worst in the UK.
