At any time, the Cliff offers a beautiful starting point to stay at the Alster and to eat and drink. We chose coffee and cake (real waffles). Despite the cool bries, we chose a place on the terrace, with the help of exposed ceilings. For coffee and cake, the Cliff offers a wide range of coffee variations and the possibility to choose between different cakes and waffles. In the case of waffles there is also the selection among all kinds of “paintings”. I chose "Red Grütze" and a bullet vanilla ice cream. Very delicious. The service is very nice and constantly on the go in the local environment, but waiting times arise which were marginal at least in the fresh weather. The prices you have to pay here are certainly also superior. For this, everything is fresh and tasty and the situation naturally also has its price. We like it.
