Freshii - Hamilton

I was impressed by how fast and clean this Freshii restaurant was! My food looked amazing!

Hello, I was just at your University Plaza location and noticed a woman who seemed to be struggling and unsure of what to do. I don't blame her, but rather the manager at this location for not properly training her and leaving her to fend for herself.

Awful service. I asked for extra sauce and barely tasted it. I even asked for extra toasted and still my burrito was cold and not even done properly. Wouldn't it be nice if you have a taste of everything on every bite? My first bite was all edamame.

Cant believe this place is still open lol.Expensive for questionable veggies and extremely boring menu.
