The Shuck Truck - Hamilton

Ordered the fish sandwich and the oyster po boy. I can?t believe I waited this long before checking this place out. We were blown away! Will definitely go back to grab calamari and freshly shucked oysters. Kudos to the chef manning the truck on his own!

Now this place is once in a lifetime place to visit. Once you get there you make it feel like you?re home, there is a sitting area in the back where you can see the chef cooking and checking oysters. The oysters were on point, The hot sauce was a real hot sauce???? delicious The food was absolutely amazing but I will never forget the fries????? The whole day, after I left, I couldn?t stop thinking about the amazing experience I had, at one of the best place of ever been to, five out of five stars, I 1000% recommend. I cannot wait to come back and thank you so much ????????????

Best atmosphere for a casual fun time; without having to sacrifice the quality. You really get a personal experience enjoying your meal, while watching them work on the truck. 10/10 will be back.

Stopped for a quick fish taco and wow this is one of my new favourite lunch fixes around. Owner was super friendly, very kind and happy to share some knowledge on seafood and hot sauce options. Very genuine customer service and excellent food. Just had 1 taco as a quick bite and it was delicious one of the best fish tacos I?ve ever had. Everything was super fresh and tasty!
