Taco Bell - Hamilton

I ordered a side of sour cream, but it was missing from my bag. Other than that, the service was quite good.

I would rate my experience a 0/10. I ordered through the app and they forgotten items from my order. When I tried to call for assistance, I was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn’t get through. So, I went back to the restaurant, but the dining room was closed. I had to use the drive-thru and ended up waiting another 20 minutes outside the building. I explained my situation to the manager, who seemed to understand, but pointed out the long line. I had gone straight to the speaker box, but it was busy when I tried to contact them. I won’t be returning.

They have to wait in the sound behind the building 3 cars deep. they are cut to food. also they do not get a quitting to even check that they were paid for food they had been shortened. good luck!

This place needs an important guide! they stack cars to the back to wait all the time for food. if they give up a mobile order, they give it to them, then they can't wait out of the line because the cars are still waiting on the park at a place. I asked the cashier how to leave her, says I don't know and closes the window, and don't order Mexican pizza, they always put her on the floor, then crushed. do hamilton better, do it better.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I was pulled up while numerous cars got their food. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on my food. No one checked on me, no one even apologized. What an absolute joke. I tried to call and no answer, also the doors were locked so no one could go in to see why it is taking so long. Needless to say, save yourself some time and don't go to this location if you don't want to wait longer than if you went to an actual restaurant for your FAST food. Despicable.
