Only gave 1 star because theirs nothing less I can choose. I typically will never post a review but this is worthy. Went for an anniversary dinner on 9/3 we arrived and was seated promptly, waiter came and took our drink order right away. We ordered a bottle of white wine and when the waiter brought the wine, the glasses were unbelievably filthy, so dirty I questioned if they were used/unwashed ???? The waiter clearly has zero bottle service training and never brought a chiller. He offered bread at least 4 times and never brought any. Our appetizer came quickly was mediocre at best. Then we proceeded to wait at least an hour since our appetizer was finished. The waiter told us our food would be out in 5-8 minutes at least 3 times finally the manager came over to tell us she would personally bring our food to us. After a half our more we went to the bar to settle our bill and leave before McDonald’s would close so we at least could get food. The waiter and manager said they would only charge us for the bottle of wine which we only drank half because it got warm and was unappetizing. But the bill clearly reflected both the wine and the appetizer. This place is clearly a joke. There menu has items from $80-165 they market themselves as 5 star establishment. I recommend avoiding at all cost.
Had an all veggie meal... was bland tasting. The Duck, duck, goose drink had an adorable presentation but tasted watered down. Sat outside. Lots of flies around. Overall, I was very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Went twice because Rusch's (possibly the best spot ever) was closed, and the first time, it was honestly great! Quiet, good food, and even some Saranac root beer on tap for my kids. The bartender talked about deep sea fishing in Isla Morada (not sure how to spell that) and was a chill dude! It was pretty good, with no wait, so a month later we came back. And BOY was it different. Huge waits, no more root beer, poor service, a terrible smell all over, and food so overpriced is was almost funny. Needless to say, it was not the original experience, and our food was late, burned, cold, and a little mixed up, all just in our party of 6. Probably never going back, but this was 3-4 months ago, so things may have changed... Wheelchair accessibility: Long hallways and turns, probably not the best. There is another entrance with stairs though...
