Nakia is a true gem. She even wrote Happy Birthday on my cup. Made my day brighter and made me feel special.

They were patient and polite as I was new to the food menu, I only knew about their smoothies (Yum! . I finally ordered to go but as I sat at a table waiting, my smoothie then food were delivered to me by smiling employees. Great service, good food. Will return again! Horrible service! I know at times it could get busy but you i think you can let customer know if his or her food is ready. I called to pick up and i went to the register to let the lady know that I was here for pick up. She told me the amount and I paid. I’m just really upset because she saw me with my baby that I set down to wait. She didn’t have the ability to let me know hey lady your food is right there. Is my first time here and honestly I didn’t know there was a place for pick up. Plus the shelf is facing the wrong way. It should be facing were the customer can see the item.

I have gone to this location since it opened. I recently starting getting it delivered to my work and I found a long dark hair in my wrap. I contacted the store right away and they told me the manager would call me the next day to discuss everything and my refund. I heard nothing. I stopped in twice to speak with the manager within the next week just to be told they manager isn’t there and they will call me the next day. The staff seemed to laugh it off. One even giggling to someone else saying “this is all you”. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. This is unacceptable. A long dark hair inside my veggie hummus wrap and management has made zero attempt to discuss this with me in two weeks.
