In Nimurana, it is a nice hotel. You can eat Japanese food, but it is high. Karaoke is also very high. It is a feeling that I win alone because it is not very near.

In the hotel everything is well, only issue is the breakfast. No fruit available. Rest they have complimentary service for laundry and water bottle is really appreciable.All of the staff there in the housekeeping, restaurant are really well mannered and polite. The girl in the reception, Anjali Singh is very kind and supportive and she told me manything about the nearby locations but the another girl (I don't know the name) is bit little bit different attitude. In the morning, Anjali Singh was there on the reception and I left my luggage to her and told that will collect it after finish my work.After completed my work, when I been there in the hotel to collect my luggage from cloak room, Anjali has left for the day and another girl was there. She told me to get it by myself as it is bit heavy. Actually it was a trolley bag can be move on wheel and weight was 17 kgs. If it is still heavy for her then she can get help from the other staff from the hotel but it is bit strange to ask guest to collect from cloakroom.In general the people in the reception or concierge should be bring it by themselves and should be hand it over to customer but they never asked customer to go in cloakroom and get the luggage by themself.
