Sot Burger Hammerfest

Eating is okay, but the atmosphere is cold as the weather. order them and make them eat themselves. it seems that every restaurant owner copies the last of his competition, so that all restaurants serve the same in hammerfest. it's sad if they stay here for 2 or 3 days.

Beautiful place. friendly staff. Eating was nice enough. no speculation in my speck Burger-Tho, still nice.

Very disappointing..we are 18. Service is bad, foods order was so mixed up, have to wait for the foods so long. 4 of our friends didnt got their food. Telling them the problem but they told us that they will fixed it. More than 1.5 hrs. Still the foods didnt come. Until they decided to refund the money because children were so hungry already.and they just need to transfer to the other restaurant to eat. No sorry from their end and it was a bad choice to held our reunion there. 18 costumer just ifelt being neglected and truly didnt felt the importance of knowing the true costumer service.

Waited over an hour for my food while seeing other people that ordered after me getting their food when it was gonna take 15 minutes. On another occasion I ordered takeaway and I still had to wait 20 minutes over the scheduled time. Prices are also very stiff. Mistakes also very often occur with the burgers making it so you don't always get what you ordered.

The best burger I ever had. in a few minutes, but the quality is far beyond all others. they have several menu items if they want only one snack.
