Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We have been here for almost 20 mins still haven't got drinks yet...very poor service it is the night before Christmas 7:31 pm. OUR SERVER SUCKS IF WE HAD ONE. This place went to Hell used to be so much better. Please hire people who know what they are doing. Wooow still no drinks after 25 minutes we need a discount!!!

Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant. The food traditionally is delicious and every time I've went, the service was on point. I've seen some of these 1 and 2 star reviews and I think that comes down to the patience of people now a days. There is a shortage of workers everywhere you go so you have to expect delays. All for the service, I've never had a major issue that I can recall. A bit of advice, always get the same thing you order every time.

The store was clean, besides that the food did not match anything close to the pictures on the menu, the server only came twice (understandable as there is hiring crunch), got our order wrong, and despite reminder did not bring us the baked potato we ordered. It is a sign of how late it was between ordering, getting our food, and the bill that we paid for the missing baked potato. Perhaps other cracker barrel are better.

We had to wait about 45 minutes after we sat down to get our drinks. another 45 to get our drinks and food AFTER we had to go up to the door to ask where our food was. poor service. and the broccoli that we ordered was given to us IN A BAG. never returning here again

Amazing food!! Spent Thanksgiving here got seated quick, everything was excellent!!
