Dropped off a fire rig down the road and found this place en route to Houston.The decor was amazing. Very colorful and authentic.Chips and salsa were good to go. The chips were fresh and warm. The salsa was mild and tasty.I ordered up a plate of Chile Colorado. The sauce was great. Mild and very flavorful. The meat was cooked just right and tender. The beanz and rice were very good. Flour tortillas came with and complimented the meal well. The portions were generous.Overall a very good meal.Vegetarian options: See menu pic I posted
